On April 27, 2010, the Board of Directors of Parke Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) declared a 10% stock dividend payable to on May 21, 2010 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2010.  A press release announcing the stock dividend declaration is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
