Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective May 19, 2014, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) and the State of New Jersey Department of Banking terminated the Consent Orders entered into between Parke Bank, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, and the FDIC and the Department of Banking. The material terms and conditions of the Consent Orders were previously disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 10, 2012, which information is incorporated herein by reference.
