Item 8.01.   Other Events.
     On November 12, 2010, American Reprographics Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is offering $220 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2018 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the Company guaranteed by each of the Company’s current and future domestic restricted subsidiaries, subject to certain exceptions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
