WITHDRAWAL OF SECURITIES FROM REGISTRATION

Rockwell Automation, Inc. by this Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to its Registration Statement on Form S-8 (Registration No. 333-93593) withdraws from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, any shares of its common stock, par value $1 per share, remaining undelivered under the Directors Stock Plan of Rockwell Automation, Inc.
