     The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”

     On February 6, 2006, Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), Holly Corporation and Enbridge issued a joint press release regarding a planned oil pipeline from eastern Utah to Salt Lake City area and announcing informational open house meetings scheduled for Feb. 8 and 9.

     A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety.
