(b). On April 6, 2009, Dr. Ralph G. Dacey, Jr. advised Stereotaxis, Inc. (the “Company”) that he has decided not to stand for re-election as a Class II member of the Company’s Board of Directors when his term expires at the Company’s 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
