The GTYQ-SD2100A/GTQ-SD2100A/GQ-SD2100A series of point-type gas detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) are intelligent bus and branch line products. Together with the matching controller, they form a gas alarm detection system to conduct real-time detection of target gases that may exist in the working environment and display the real-time gas concentration on site. When the concentration exceeds the limit, the controller will issue an audible and visual alarm signal.

Product Usage

Wiring

Connect the wires correctly according to the requirements of the detector's terminal blocks. Confirm that the connections are correct and good, the grounding is good, and there are no short circuits or open circuits.

Power on the detector

After the detector wiring is completed, perform a power-on self-check, and the indicator light will flash in a cycle for 60 seconds.

Key operation

Detector Zeroing

Before zeroing, it should be ensured that the detector is operating in clean air. ℹ

  • Step 1. : Press the "Lock/Mute" key twice in a row on the normal monitoring page. The normal indicator light will flash rapidly for 3 seconds to release the remote control lock.
  • Step 2. : Press the "Zero Calibration" key to enter the detector zero calibration page, and the normal indicator light will flash rapidly.
  • Step 3. : Press the "OK" key to perform the detector zero calibration operation and return to the normal monitoring page.

Detector Calibration

Monitor the detection concentration of the detector using the accompanying controller.

  • Step 1. : Press the "Lock/Mute" key twice in a row on the normal monitoring page. The normal indicator light will flash rapidly for 3 seconds to release the remote control lock.
  • Step 2. : Press the "Function" key to enter the detector's arbitrary concentration calibration page, and the alarm indicator light will flash rapidly.
  • Step 3. : Introduce the standard gas, observe the detection concentration through the controller, and set the detection concentration value to be equal to the concentration value of the standard gas by pressing the remote control button. Press the "Left" and "Right" keys to perform a rough adjustment. Press the "Up" and "Down" keys to fine-tune.
  • Step 4. : After adjusting to the detection concentration value of the detector to the standard gas concentration value, press the "OK" key to save the current setting data and return to the normal monitoring page. Press the "Back" key to abandon the current setting value and return to the normal monitoring page.

Note: During calibration, use standard gas with air as the base gas. Pass it through the calibration hood at a flow rate of 0.3 to 0.5L/min for 60 seconds until the display stabilizes.

Precautions

  • (!) Do not use a lighter or other high-concentration pure gas to inflate the sensor, as this may cause deviations in the concentration detection values of the equipment over a period of time.
  • (!) Falls from heights, strong impacts or direct flushing of the sensor with a high-pressure water gun may cause damage to the sensor.
  • (!) Before product inspection and verification, it should be powered on and aged for more than 48 hours in clean air.
