Santa Monica, CA - August 20, 2025 - Pegasus Angel Accelerator recently announced the launch of its 12th Venture Fellow cohort, marking a significant milestone as more than 200 individuals have now participated in the program since its inception. Designed for aspiring venture capitalists, founders, and operators looking to transition into investing, the program has become a recognized pathway into the venture ecosystem.
Over the years, Pegasus Venture Fellows have included a diverse range of participants—from startup founders and operators to Harvard professors—and many have gone on to secure roles at leading venture capital firms across the U.S. and abroad.
A Gateway Into Venture Capital
The Venture Fellow Program offers participants a hands-on, immersive experience to understand the mechanics of venture capital. Fellows gain exposure to sourcing, evaluating, and analyzing real startup deals while learning directly from Pegasus's General Partner, Lucas J. Pols.

Program Structure
The 8-week live program is designed around small group discussions and real-world investment analysis. Fellows are also invited to join Pegasus as scouts post-program, sourcing deals that may lead to investment. Today, a significant number of Pegasus’s deals are sourced by an international network of scouts and Venture Fellow alumni.
