Mr. Bareng credits his success to the values instilled by his parents, Nicolas and Violet Bareng, who emphasize honesty, integrity and hard work. Mr. Bareng advocates lifelong learning. Since his transition into real estate development in January 2024, he has been working towards his real estate graduate certificate from Harvard Extension School and has obtained multiple executive education certifications in real estate development, finance, investments, and affordable housing from Harvard Graduate School of Design. He has been accepted into Harvard's premier advanced real estate leadership program, Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate (2026 AMDP), working towards his Harvard GSD alumni status.
