A Vast and Varied Career
Ms. Lynn began her professional career as an oversight contract manager at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she worked from 1993 to 2011. That same year, she joined IGAPS CBT as the company's executive director and president, working there until 2016. During this time, she was acknowledged by Marquis Who's Who as an honored professional.
To support her career, Ms. Lynn has completed various certifications. She became a certified phlebotomist, earned a certificate in business management and, by 2008, she became a certified medical assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants. Later in 2020, she became a certified grief educator.
Since 2008, Ms. Lynn has worked as a certified medical assistant, travel consultant, office manager, supply chain and logistics manager, contract manager and more in various fields. She has worked in real estate, international air force training, health care and other industries, providing her with a wide range of experience. It is fitting that, in recent years, she has become an expert in business resilience.
Helping Others Find Resilience
For the past six years, Ms. Lynn has led businesses and individuals to find growth as a business resilience strategist at Heart Led Awakening Program and as a certified grief educator at Friends in Grief. Ms. Lynn herself struggled with personal grief. While raising two children, she pushed to find work and never dealt with the grief that loomed over her. She didn't have all the answers then, but she has since pushed forward to help others do the same.
Ms. Lynn doesn't offer a quick fix solution, aside from her uniquely experienced perspective. Whether guiding businesses or individuals, she is known for her honesty and authenticity when offering her guidance to others. This dedication recently led Ms. Lynn to be honored with a Best of Review award for Texas as Business Resilience Strategist of 2025.
Ambition for the Future
Moving forward, Ms. Lynn's ambition is focused on helping women. As a mother who has experienced the loss of a child and had to start a career with no skills, she hopes to build shelters for those who have gone through similar events, who have suffered abuse, or who are otherwise struggling. Her goal for the future is to build six women's shelters, with at least one in Florida, another in Colorado and another in Texas. Eventually, she hopes to extend these foundations across the United States.
On a more general note, Ms. Lynn intends to make a greater impact by helping women embrace their true selves rather than conforming to societal expectations. She has found success by living passionately and authentically, and she knows that others can find the same empowerment through her support.
