BenCura University: Elevating Care, One Course at a Time

While many Masterclasses are virtual, certain topics-like Lymphedema Management, Kinesio taping, and Contracture Management, that include practical, skills-based sessions will be offered in-person.

2) School of Compliance & Billing

Applied training on Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) updates, CMS Final Rules, documentation audits, ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding, and CPT/HCPCS coding essentials.

3) School of Leadership & Operations

Role-based training for Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) and managers, including new-leader onboarding, KPI and dashboard management, and effective IDT communication.

"We share these insights with partner facilities to ensure transparent, two-way communication, because our success is interdependent. We are also implementing new manager bootcamps, so leaders have the tools they need from day one."

4) School of Partner Success

Onboarding for SNFs, hospitals, and client partners that connects rehab operations with broader facility goals: ADL scoring, team roles within the IDT, and therapy ROI that extends beyond the gym to the bedside and the community.
