Before founding M&M Fiber Solutions, Mr. Allgood gained direct experience in the fiber industry. After relocating from Tennessee to Mississippi in 2020, he observed fiber installation work in his community and approached the contractor responsible for it. He was hired within a week and began his career in fiber optics after earlier work in security systems, including cameras, key card access and health-related installations. This practical foundation helped prepare him for entrepreneurship.

Mr. Allgood holds a diploma from Fellowship Christian Academy and a federal contracting certification. This allows him to navigate regulatory environments and pursue large-scale infrastructure work.
