Consilio Completes Group Hire of Contract Analytics Professionals to Bolster Advisory Practice

Consilio, the global leader of legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced a group hire of contract analytics professionals designed to expand the company’s team of contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation experts, specializing in data analytics for the company’s clients’ and strategic partners’ CLM systems.

The group hire will provide added resources and a boost to Consilio’s existing commercial contracting expertise and capabilities around contract analytics. The new team members will also be trained on both Consilio platforms and partner platforms, enabling them to easily step in and provide client support. As part of the group hire, Dan Schneider, former Director of the Agreement Analytics practice group at DocuSign, will be joining Consilio’s Advisory Practice.

“We are excited to welcome Dan and the team’s incredible wealth of experience in contract data analytics and CLM technology to Consilio’s expanding team of experts,” said Robb Hern, SVP of Enterprise Legal Services, Consilio. “Our core service offering has always been bringing the best talent in the market to our clients and enabling our clients to lead within their organization by example. As a result of this group hire, our clients can expect not only faster implementation times, but also the ability to extend the value of their CLM system.”

The primary goal of this expanded team will be to enhance overall client experience with unparalleled contract management support, driving product innovation within Consilio and client environments, and integration with Consilio partners, significantly reducing implementation time. This team will also look to further extend the data analytics capabilities into Consilio’s Sightline platform.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Consilio to enhance the company’s already impressive Advisory Practice and advance client experience, specifically through the realm of CLM data analytics,” said Schneider. “Consilio’s status as a global leader in eDiscovery, Advisory Services, and Talent Solutions, and more importantly the alignment of the company’s culture with my ideals, made this an easy decision for me and my team. I look forward to providing clients with the service excellence that Consilio is known for and driving greater efficiency as we continue to expand our product offerings within the Advisory Practice.”
