Tiny Engages Investor Relations Advisors

Tiny Ltd. (TSXV: TINY) (formerly, WeCommerce Holdings Ltd.) (“Tiny” or the “Company”) a leading technology holding company with a strategy of acquiring majority stakes in businesses, announces that it has retained LodeRock Advisors Inc. (“LodeRock”) for the purpose of providing investor relations and capital markets communications services, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Under the terms of the agreement, which will continue until either party has terminated the agreement upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice, Tiny will pay LodeRock a monthly fee of C$10,500 for its ongoing services. At the time of this announcement, neither LodeRock nor its principals hold a security position in the Company.
