The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Stibbs & Co., P.C., with respect to their recent data breach. On June 30, 2023, Stibbs & Co., P.C. informed individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company, discovered on May 15, 2023. According to Stibbs & Co., P.C., they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on November 15, 2022. Stibbs & Co., P.C. determined that the information exposed in the data breach varies but includes: name and Social Security number.
