According to a July 2025 GAO report, 10 out of 12 government agencies cite existing federal policies, including data privacy regulations, as challenges to deploying AI. To help agencies overcome these barriers, Mirantis has collaborated with NVIDIA to operationalize the NVIDIA AI Factory for Government reference design through Mirantis k0rdent AI. The collaboration brings together FIPS- and STIG-compliant infrastructure components in a unified, secure experience giving agencies the ability to stand up AI infrastructure and services securely while maintaining full alignment with federal IT and data policies.
