Aimbridge Hospitality Welcomes voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort to its Expanding Portfolio

Located on Florida’s Treasure Coast, Sandpiper is the first U.S. property to join Aimbridge’s All-Inclusive Division

Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest third-party hotel management company, is proud to welcome voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG as the newest addition to its rapidly growing All-Inclusive Division, launched in August 2025. Located in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast, the 335-key resort is the first U.S. property in Aimbridge’s all-inclusive portfolio.

Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners, voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is undergoing a $50 million capital improvement plan and transitioning to the voco hotels brand. One of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ fastest-growing premium brands, voco hotels combine the reassurance of a big brand with the informality and charm of an individual property. The first phase of the renovation is on track for an early 2026 completion, in time to welcome guests for spring break and summer travel.

As the brand’s first such property to open in the Americas, voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, will offer a family-friendly, sports-forward environment centered in food, play, and a scenic riverfront setting. The all-inclusive experience includes meals, drinks, activities, and daily programming, bundled into one price to give guests added convenience and peace of mind. The transformed property will feature refreshed guest rooms and suites, along with an elevated food and beverage program spanning more than six new concepts – including Riverside Market, where live chefs bring global flavors to life through vibrant à la minute action stations, a sports bar, a pool bar, two container-based culinary concepts and several specialty restaurants. This elevated food and beverage program is supported by Aimbridge’s Taste & Theory group, bringing together innovation and expertise to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The renovated resort will also feature an expanded sport and recreational program including an arcade, activities center, a fitness center equipped with Peloton and Life Fitness gear, water sports activities, and a full-service marina. Guests will enjoy pickleball, tennis, soccer and other recreational sports provided by RPS Academy, a high-performance premier sports academy located adjacent to the property. Other major upgrades include multiple pools and expanded meeting/conference space.
