Fibracast Ltd. Announces New Chairman and Board Director Appointments

Charles Firlotte, who joined Fibracast’s Board in September 2024, brings a wealth of experience in the global water and utility services market. For 16 years, he served as CEO of Aquarion Water Company in Connecticut, the seventh largest investor-owned water utility in the U.S. Additionally, he served on the board of NB Power, including three years as Chairman. With professional water utility experience across Canada, the USA, the UK, and the British West Indies, Mr. Firlotte is well-suited to his new role.

Pascal Drouin, named to the board, is a partner with Cycle Capital, a premier clean technology investment fund based in Montreal and lead institutional investor in Fibracast. Pascal brings significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and associated financings in both Canada and the USA. His experience with industrial-scale startups and growth-stage companies will be a valuable asset to the Fibracast board. Pascal will chair the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee.
