Szew brings more than two decades of experience advising brands on marketing strategy, insights, and growth across the full go-to-market journey, with deep expertise across industries ranging from technology and enterprise services to CPG, ecommerce, entertainment, healthcare, and financial services.

Looking ahead, Szew will continue to shape GBK’s client engagement model, helping brands cut through complexity and apply better data and research to drive growth and key outcomes with customers as the firm applies new tools on behalf of clients from AI to predictive modeling. She is a strong believer in the power of hypothesis-driven research and aligning teams around business outcomes, not just research outputs.
