New Lux concept from the national gym brand is coming to West Hollywood

Set to open in 2027, EoS is planning a $6 million renovation of 8000 Sunset Blvd. in partnership with Kimco Realty. This new EoS location strengthens its existing Southern California footprint, which already includes more than 50 Southern California gyms open or on the way.
