RUTHERFORD, N.J., Oct. 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glucotrack, Inc. (Nasdaq: GCTK) (“Glucotrack” or the “Company”), a medical technology company focused on the design, development, and commercialization of novel technologies for people with diabetes, announced that it will hold a Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Special Meeting”) on October 31, 2025, at 12 p.m. ET. Shareholders may access the meeting HERE. Glucotrack strongly encourages all shareholders to vote their shares as soon as possible. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 23, 2025, are entitled to vote at the Special Meeting.
