KAPLL Launches International Compliance and Standardization Initiative, Deepens Southeast Asia Strategy and Moves Toward Global Expansion

The Project Enters Pre-Audit Phase with Accredited Institutions, First Round of Review Expected in Q4 2025

-- KAPLL Exchange has officially launched its international compliance and security standardization initiative, now entering the qualification pre-audit phase with accredited certification bodies. The process covers application submission, gap assessment, remediation and internal control improvement, documentation and system standardization, and scheduling for on-site or remote audits. The certification scope includes KAPLL’s core trading system, settlement and clearing architecture, data governance mechanisms, and business continuity framework. Through this systematic upgrade, KAPLL aims to build a financial infrastructure aligned with international standards, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia as core markets to drive global expansion.

International Standards and Audit Frameworks in Progress

· SOC 2 Type II (Service Organization Control Report): Independent audit verifying the effectiveness of controls related to security, availability, and confidentiality.

· PCI DSS v4.0 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard): Ensures encryption and security for asset transfers and user information within payment systems.

· ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management System, BCMS): Certifies the platform’s resilience and disaster recovery capabilities during extreme market conditions or system failures.

The launch of this standardization process signifies KAPLL’s commitment to establishing a globally auditable, verifiable, and continuously improving security framework—strengthening institutional design, technical protection, risk transparency, and regulatory alignment. This foundation will enhance trust and stability for cross-border investors.

Milestones (in Progress)

· Nov–Dec 2025: Submission of application and self-assessment report, completion of security architecture and risk baseline mapping.

· Dec 2025–Jan 2026: System remediation and internal pilot testing based on assessment results; penetration testing and disaster recovery drills.

· Jan–Feb 2026: Completion of first-round external audit.

As an international exchange platform, KAPLL is advancing its dual strategy of education empowerment and compliance development to foster trust and sustainable growth in Southeast Asia. The public launch of this global standardization process will further consolidate KAPLL’s competitive edge in the global fintech landscape, shaping a secure, transparent, and resilient global trading ecosystem.
