Nick Doucette, assistant coach and coordinator from Calvary Christian Academy (Coconut Creek, FL) and record-setting wide receiver from Berean High School (West Palm Beach, FL) will lead the offense as Offensive Coordinator. His playing background, philosophy and knowledge will be vital for developing dynamic, modern offensive schemes.
Defensively, William Hardy returns into the Defensive Coordinator role after leading the Junior Varsity program at Cardinal Gibbons, (Fort Lauderdale,FL). Hardy brings discipline, fundamentals, and player development focus to the defensive side of the ball.
Vincent Panetta returns to take charge of the line, leveraging his experience coaching linemen through multiple state‑championship seasons with top programs. He will work to build trench toughness and technical precision on both sides of the ball.
Domingo Diaz, leader of the South Florida Raptors 8‑man football program, returns to lead as Special Teams Coordinator, infusing creativity and adaptability to optimize this often pivotal game phase.
Dave Bozza, founder of the Bereans mission, will resume in personal development and counseling. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and Bethune-Cookman University graduate, his football career across various regions of the globe will be intertwined on the focus in character molding through biblical principles; while teaching inspiring players what’s necessary to pursue a career in football.

Steven Alcide, a former U.S. Marine, Nova Southeastern University graduate and current refugee officer, joins as assistant coach and will aid in inventory/operations. Alcide brings tremendous leadership and character to the Bereans mission; desiring to serve in multiple ways to build toward program success.
Together, this staff offers a rare combination: a Christ-like foundation with long‑term leadership, local offensive insight; strong defensive coaching; championship line work; special teams innovation; and personal development emphasis. The Florida Bereans are poised for growth, resiliency, and elevated performance in the 2026 season.
