Charles brings more than a decade of multifamily real estate industry experience to the new role and a deep understanding of multifamily financials and operations. He was previously with MC Companies from 2014-2017 as the Director of Acquisitions where he focused on overseeing their Value-Add program. Most recently, he served four years as Vice President of the Southwest Region for a Texas-based Multifamily firm, that has more than $6B of Assets Under Management and 50,000 units of acquisitions valued at $10B.
