Palm Beach’s private dining scene reaches new culinary heights this season as Chef David Rosov, founder of Palm Beach Elite Private Chef, unveils A Symphony of Flavor — a Michelin-level, five-course wine-paired tasting experience available exclusively for intimate private events.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a veteran of California’s Michelin kitchens, Chef Rosov brings over two decades of fine-dining mastery to South Florida’s most exclusive tables. His signature approach blends classical French precision with Mediterranean freshness and California sensibility — a true reflection of Palm Beach elegance and coastal sophistication.

“Cooking at the Michelin level isn’t just about technique — it’s about emotion,” says Chef Rosov. “Each course in this tasting is designed as a movement in a symphony. The wines don’t just complement the food — they complete the story.”

THE FIVE-COURSE TASTING MENU

Each experience begins with a champagne welcome and tableside introductions by Chef Rosov. Guests are guided through a sensorial progression of flavors, textures, and aromas — a curated journey for 2 to 12 guests, perfect for private villas, yacht decks, or luxury estates.

  1. Amuse-Bouche: Lobster Cappuccino with Truffle Foam

A delicate shellfish bisque served in espresso demitasse, topped with black truffle essence.
Wine Pairing: Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne NV, France — bright acidity and toasted brioche complement the lobster’s sweetness.

  1. First Course: Heirloom Beet Carpaccio with Goat Cheese Mousse & Pistachio Dust

A vibrant palate opener — earth, cream, and citrus balance in perfect harmony.
Wine Pairing: Domaine Serene Chardonnay, Willamette Valley, Oregon — creamy texture with subtle oak and mineral tones.

  1. Second Course: Seared Halibut with Saffron Beurre Blanc, Fennel & Citrus Salad

The Experience

Guests may customize the evening with optional live sommelier service, floral tablescapes, or harp and jazz accompaniment. Each dining event is presented with polished service and full in-home kitchen coordination by Chef Rosov’s private culinary team.

The Symphony of Flavor Experience is available November through April 2026 by reservation only.
