BNY Mellon Appointed as Depositary Bank by Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC

NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BNY Mellon, the global leader in asset management and securities servicing, has been selected by Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (Hikma) as the depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program. Each Hikma ADR represents two ordinary shares and trades on the over-the-counter (OTC) market. Hikma's ordinary shares trade on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the symbol "HIK."
