UPDATE 1-Dover to pay $402.5 million for pump maker

NEW YORK, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Diversified manufacturer Dover Corp has agreed to pay $402.5 million for Harbison-Fischer Inc, a maker of specialty pumps used in oil and gas production.
