UPDATE 1-Dover, NXP sound business deal delayed

March 28 (Reuters) - Dutch chip maker NXP Semiconductors N.V. and U.S. manufacturer Dover Corp said non-U.S. and non-EU governmental antitrust regulator scrutiny would delay the sale of NXP's sound business to Dover.
