T.J.T., Inc. Board of Directors Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

T.J.T., Inc. (the Company), (Pink Sheets:AXLE) –T.J.T., Inc., a major supplier of axles, tires, and set-up supplies to the manufactured housing industry, announced the resignation of Shawn CJ Kling, as President and Chief Executive Officer effective as of August 24, 2012. He is being replaced by Director Larry E. Kling, as President and CEO. Mr. Shawn CJ Kling remains as an outside Director.

Larry E. Kling has served on the Board since 2001. Mr. Kling served as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Drive Away, Inc. from 1972-1983. In 1983, he founded Transit Homes of America, Inc., a major transporter of manufactured homes, and served as President of Transit Homes until its sale to Morgan Drive Away, Inc. in 1996. Mr. Kling serves on the Directors’ Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committees.

Established in 1977, T.J.T., Inc. is a major provider of recycled axles and tires to the manufactured housing industry. It operates facilities in Idaho and California, and serves 11 western states. In addition to the recycling business, T.J.T. also sells aftermarket products to manufactured housing and residential markets.
