U.S. Secretary of State says confident Syria talks can proceed

RIYADH (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Saturday after talks with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states in Saudi Arabia that he was confident Syria peace talks would proceed.
