In trading on Wednesday, the iShares Cohen & Steers REIT ETF (ICF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Welltower (HCN), up about 3% and shares of Realty Income (O), up about 2.6% on the day.
