CVS Health: Retaining PBM Customers vs UnitedHealth

CVS Health ( CVS ) eased investor worries about the loss earlier this year of the contract to manage drug coverage for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. It says that the pharmacy benefits business is sporting a 97.5% retention rate for 2017 and has picked up more than $4.6 billion in net new business.
