States with the strongest job growth under Obama are leaning toward Trump

The states that have enjoyed the strongest economic growth under the Democratic administration of Barack Obama are North Dakota, Utah and Texas. But all three are likely to support Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Nov. 8.
