Two NuShares ETFs Declare Distributions

Nuveen, an operating division of TIAA Global Asset Management, declared regular and capital gains distributions for NuShares Enhanced Yield U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF (NYSE Arca: NUAG) and NuShares Short-Term REIT ETF (BATS: NURE).

The following dates apply to today's distribution declarations:

NuShares Enhanced Yield U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF intends to pay out substantially all of its net earnings to its shareholders as dividends and distributions. The fund may earn interest from debt securities. These amounts, net of expenses and taxes (if applicable), are passed along to fund shareholders as dividends. Dividends, if any, are declared and paid monthly.

NuShares Short-Term REIT ETF intends to pay out substantially all of the distributions it receives from its investments in REITs, less expenses. Distributions from REITs may include income, return of capital and capital gains. The Fund declares and pays distributions quarterly.
