Texas Central Partners inks deal with city of Houston for bullet train

The terminal will be built somewhere south of U.S. 290, west of Loop 610 and north of Interstate 10 to allow for easy access for employment centers at the Galleria, Texas Medical Center, Energy Corridor and downtown.
