Grate Modern Mac and Cheese restaurant opening this week

The eatery, announced in May, will feature 10 to 12 gourmet mac and cheese entrees and will be Roaring Fork Restaurant Group's first foray into formulating its own fast-casual restaurant concept from scratch.
