Big distribution hub for Wayfair gets underway in DFW

A massive e-commerce facility for Boston-based Wayfair Inc. (NYSE: W) has gotten underway in southern Dallas County, which will bring nearly 875,000 square feet of distribution space to Lancaster. Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) is the developer behind the project.
