Chevron adds Caterpillar CEO to board after Watson exit

HOUSTON, Feb 1 (Reuters) - U.S. oil and gas producer Chevron Corp named Caterpillar Inc Chief Executive Jim Umpleby to its board of directors on Thursday, replacing the recently retired John Watson.
