Popular Sweet Carrot secures Dublin site as second restaurant opens in Polaris (photos)

Sweet Carrot isn’t pulling back on its growth ambitions. The Columbus-based restaurant opened its second unit this week at 2050 Polaris Parkway while starting design meetings for a third restaurant, which could open by the fall at 7571 Sawmill Road.
