Cranley silent on Black; African-American groups want meeting with the mayor

Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley dodged addressing the standoff between him and City Manager Harry Black in a statement issued by his office on Saturday morning, which said the mayor backs Police Chief Eliot Isaac.
