The Global Dose Registry allows users of DoseMonitor to compare the radiation dose of a patient's exam to the global database, which consists of millions of similar studies that have been provided by healthcare facilities worldwide. Radiology departments can now compare their local dose metrics (enterprise, facility, device, manufacturer, operator, patient, procedure, etc.) against the global dose registry in real time within DoseMonitor. This is a significant improvement over existing data aggregation sources that require separate data collection and manual reporting.
