Campbell Soup officially expands board of directors to 14, ending months-long proxy contest

Campbell Soup Co. and hedge fund Third Point this week ended their monthslong proxy contest. It culminated Thursday when two of Third Point's proposed candidates were elected onto Campbell's board.
