Nearly 400 Family Dollar stores could shutter in 2019, with renovations planned for 1,000 more locations

Dollar Tree will close up to 390 Family Dollar stores in fiscal 2019 — if it doesn't get concessions from landlords in underperforming markets. It's all part of accelerated plans to reposition the brand for the future, parent company Dollar Tree says.
