A slate of celebrities and executives were ensnared in a $25 million cheating conspiracy to help wealthy children get into elite colleges, according to law enforcement officials. But that's only part of the story. Parents who allegedly paid bribes concealed as donations to a non-profit may face scrutiny from the IRS.
