bebe stores, inc. (OTCQB:BEBE) (the “Company”) today announced Perry M. Mandarino has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective April 22, 2019. Kenneth M. Young, a director on the Board since 2018, has resigned his role to focus on other endeavors, effective on the same date. Mr. Mandarino is an accomplished business executive who brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and significant retail and consumer industry expertise.
