Discover elminates bank fees, which can cost consumers almost $100 a year

Discover announced Monday that it's cutting bank fees on its checking, savings, money market and CD accounts. Fees on these accounts can typically cost consumers almost $100 a year, but online banks, more than your traditional banks with branches, are opting out of them.
