Feds considering big-tech antitrust case? Big retailers have something to say about it.

Retail Industry Leaders Association, which represents industry heavyweights like Target Corp. and Best Buy Co. Inc., says it's preparing comments for potential antitrust cases against some of the nation's biggest tech players.
