Portman, Brown legislation could help Brent Spence Bridge, Western Hills Viaduct

A bill moving through the U.S. Senate could help fund the long-delayed Brent Spence Bridge improvement project, which calls for another bridge to be built alongside the current one over the Ohio River, and the replacement of the Western Hills Viaduct.
