Charlotte leaders seek input on plan to guide growth in uptown, surrounding neighborhoods

The once-a-decade vision plan update started its public phase Thursday night at Camp North End. By the end of next year, organizers expect to finish the $600,000 blueprint for shaping and re-shaping center city neighborhoods and amenities.
