Trump announces Iran central bank sanctions and says progress being made on China trade

President Donald Trump on Friday said the U.S. is imposing sanctions on Iran’s central bank and that trade talks with China are making progress. He also denied having had an improper call with a foreign leader that’s central to a whistleblower complaint.
